TOFU FIRM, 1 POUND
FLOUR, 1/2 CUP
SOY SAUCE, 1/4 CUP
TOASTED SESAME OIL, 3 TBL
BLACK PEPPER, 1/4 TEA
STEPS:
SLICE TOFU INTO CUBES AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES IN SOY SAUCE (OR TAMARI SAUCE)
THEN DIP IN FLOUR
SEASON WITH PEPPER
FRY IN TOASTED SESMAE OIL (OR OTHER VEGETABLE OIL) OVER
MEDIUM HEAT FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES (UNTIL BROWN)
ADD(OPTIONAL)CHOPPED VEGETABLES SUCH AS BROCCOLI FOR LAST FEW MINUTES OF COOKING
TIME TO PREPARE: 25 MINUTES (SERVES 3)
