TOFU FRIED

INGREDIENTS: (Vegan)

TOFU FIRM, 1 POUND
FLOUR, 1/2 CUP
SOY SAUCE, 1/4 CUP
TOASTED SESAME OIL, 3 TBL
BLACK PEPPER, 1/4 TEA

STEPS:

  • SLICE TOFU INTO CUBES AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES IN SOY SAUCE (OR TAMARI SAUCE)
  • THEN DIP IN FLOUR
  • SEASON WITH PEPPER
  • FRY IN TOASTED SESMAE OIL (OR OTHER VEGETABLE OIL) OVER
  • MEDIUM HEAT FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES (UNTIL BROWN)
  • ADD(OPTIONAL)CHOPPED VEGETABLES SUCH AS BROCCOLI FOR LAST FEW MINUTES OF COOKING
