INGREDIENTS:

SALT SEA, 1/2 TEA: BLACK PEPPER, 1/2 TEA
CHEESE GRATED, 1 CUP: EGGS, 2
RICE BROWN, 1 CUP
SPINACH FROZEN, 10 OUNCES
OLIVE OIL, 4 TBL
GARLIC, 2-3 CLOVES
PARMESAN CHEESE 1, CUP
DRY BREAD CRUMBS, TOPPING
PARSLEY, 1 TBL

STEPS:

  • COOK RICE, SET OVEN TO 400
  • TINGE SPINACH IN SAUCE PAN FOR 3-5 MINUTES WITH 2
  • TBL OF OLIVE OIL.
  • MIX SPINACH, GARLIC, PARSLEY, GRATED CHEESE
  • MIX IN EGGS
  • SEASON WITH PEPPER AND SALT
  • SPOON INTO LIGHTLY GREASED SHALLOW OVEN DISH
  • TOP WITH BREAD CRUMBS AND PARMESAN CHEESE
  • COOK 30 TO 40 MINUTES
