RAITA (BANANA OR CUCUMBER)

INGREDIENTS:

BANANAS RIPE, TWO OR 1 MEDIUM CUCUMBER
YOGURT PLAIN (nonfat), 3 CUPS
CAYENNE PEPPER, 1/2 TEA
CINNAMON, 1/2 TEA (BANANA ONLY)
CARDAMOM, 1/2 TEA (BANANA ONLY)
OREGANO, 1/2 TEA (BANANA ONLY)
CUMIN, 1/2 TEA - 1 TEA WITH CUCUMBER
LEMON JUICE, 1 TEA (BANANA ONLY)
SALT SEA, 1/2 TEA (CUCUMBER ONLY)

STEPS:

  • PUREE ONE BANANA, CHOP THE OTHER INTO CHUNKS
  • COMBINE AND MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND CHILL

  • PEEL CUCUMBER AND REMOVE SEEDS
  • COMBINE AND MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND CHILL
