SWISS CHEESE, 1/3 LB.
BROCCOLI. 1 LARGE STEM
LEMON JUICE, 1/2 CUP
GARLIC, 2-3 CLOVES
EGGS, 3
SKIM MILK, 1 CUP
STEPS:
OATMEAL PIE SHELL: MIX FLOUR, OATS & CUT UP BUTTER
GRADUALLY BLEND IN WATER - MAKE INTO A BALL
ROLL FLAT ON FLOUR BOARD: FIT INTO A 9" PASTRY SHELL
BAKE AT 400, FOR TEN MINUTES, LET COOL
QUICHE: FILL SWISS CHEESE DIRECTLY AGAINST CRUST
STEAM BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC AND LEMON JUICE
PUT BROCCOLI (drained) DIRECTLY ON TOP OF CHEESE
BEAT EGGS AND MILK TOGETHER
POUR EGG MIXTURE ON TOP
BAKE AT 375, FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES
NOTE: YOU CAN ADD ROASTED ALMONDS
NOTE: YOU CAN USE SOUR CREAM INSTEAD OF MILK
NOTE: GRUYERE OR SHARD CHEDDAR ALSO WORKS WELL
