HEAT TO BOIL, SIMMER AND COVER FOR 10 MINUTES
IN BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR PUREE PEACH MIXTURE
ADD 3/4 OF CANTALOUPE (EXCEPT SKIN AND SEEDS)
ADD ORANGE JUICE AND PUREE UNTIL SMOOTH
ADD REMAINING CANTALOUPE (DO NOT PUREE)
COVER AND CHILL
SERVE VERY COLD AND GARNISH WITH
