KEY LIME PIE

INGREDIENTS:

EGGS, 2 LARGE
SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, 14 OUNCES
KEY LIME JUICE, 1/2 CUP
PREPARED GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST, 8"
WHIPPED CREAM, 1/2 CUP

STEPS:

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  • BLEND EGGS IN THE BLENDER ON 3 UNTIL FROTHY
  • ADD MILK AND LIME JUICE
  • BLEND UNTIL COMBINED
  • POUR INTO PIE SHELL
  • BAKE 15 MINUTES
  • CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR 2 HOURS
  • ADD WHIP CREAM ALONG THE EDGES
  • ** TRY OTHER PIE CRUSTS LIKE CHOCOLATE
