SPINACH LASAGNA

INGREDIENTS:

SALT SEA, 1/4 TEA
MOZZARELLA CHEESE GRATED, 2 CUPS
EGG, 1
MARINARA SAUCE, 32 OZ
SPINACH FROZEN, 10 OUNCES
LASAGNA NOODLES, 9 OUNCES
OLIVE OIL 2 TBL
RICOTTA CHEESE, 1LB
PARSLEY, 1 TEA

STEPS:

  • COOK NOODLES (UNLESS NO-BOIL), SET OVEN TO 350
  • TINGE SPINACH IN SAUCE PAN FOR 3-5 MINUTES WITH 2
  • TBL OF OLIVE OIL.
  • MIX SPINACH, PARSLEY, SALT, EGG & CHEESE
  • CREATE LAYER OF SAUCE THEN NOODLES, THEN CHESSE IN A UNGREASED PAN
  • REPEAT UNTIL ALL LAYERS DONE ENDING WITH A SAUCE LAYER
  • SPOON INTO LIGHTLY GREASED SHALLOW OVEN DISH
  • TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE OR MOZZARELLA
  • COOK 40 TO 45 MINUTES
