GLAMORGAN SAUSAGES

INGREDIENTS:

SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, 3/4 POUND
MUSTARD DRY, 1 TEA
SOFT WHEAT BREAD CRUMBS, 3 CUPS
WATER COLD, 7 TBL
BLACK PEPPER, 1/2 TEA
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, LITTLE
EGG, 1
DRY BREAD CRUMBS, TOPPING

STEPS:

  • MIX CHEESE, SOFT BREAD CRUMBS, DRY MUSTARD, AND 6 TBL WATER AND PEPPER
  • DIVIDE INTO ABOUT 8 SAUSAGE SHAPED PIECES
  • ON FLOUR BOARD
  • MIX 1 EGG WITH 1 TBL OF WATER
  • DIP EACH SAUSAGE INTO EGG MIXTURE
  • ROLL SAUSAGES IN DRY BREAD CRUMBS
  • THEN PLACE IN LIGHTLY GREASED
  • BAKE AT 400 FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES

    TIME TO PREPARE: 65 MINUTES (SERVES 6)
